PCB-00555: Using WHERE CURRENT OF on cursor defined without FOR UPDATE clause

Cause: if mode=ORACLE, then a cursor defined with a WHERE CURRENT OF clause must also have a FOR UPDATE clause.

Action: Rewrite the cursor definition.
